One day tour for 2009 Chinese New Year Goodie

Wake up early this morning with my wife. We have a plan for a day tour to Woondland Loops factory outlet and Kaki Bukit. Many food like BEE CHENG HIANG, Taiwan delights, roasted duck. Any "Wows"factor as below:
1) Interesting to know SG for cheap stuff and good taste too. Best roasted duck , Yan Chuan Roaster #01-111 Block 3020 Ubi Ave 2.

Lao Beijing at Plaza Singapura

Try some Chinese high tea at Plaza Singapura, reserve a seating at 1500hrs. I thought was so lucky to have this reservation and while entering full of PPL..
Be prepared as most of the item are self service except for less than 4 item are order. Dai Dai noodle Xiao dao etc. As the serving are self service, usually there is only few tray of foods are serve at all time. The place is not as big as I thought. If you just want to have a light lunch , it is OK else not value for money.
Nothing that make me a memory for this palce except that lonnnng que.. Ha

HI, try another buffet from UOB 1 for 1 with my wife. This place at Peninsula Excelsior Hotel Coleman’s Café. Make a booking at 1600hrs, dinner started at 1830hrs , alittle late compared to normal buffet. Foods is much lesser than we throught.
for saturday night International buffet dinner.


Places is very nice and cool before 1830hrs. Photoes taken at 1830 hrs as there is still no eater even us.. After 1900hrs, possibly it is half full. Not recommended for those who like more varities of foods in international style.

I like the stage show of Korea culture dance and drums perfomancer by Korean of course including the best dancer B Boy too. They are well deserve and nothing is a waste for this waiting for them too. Good luck to them and Korea festival 2008..

Street Cafe at IMM

Another Hong Kong cafe in IMM building, it was a long time I have not been to IMM for shopping. This afternoon, paid it a visit with my wife and mother in law. Try their noodles, not really than good compared to my tastebud standard like Hong Kong. Still a long way to reach that standard. After some shopping and bought 2 Roti Mun, it is better than lunch as the roma of this coffee still fill up the whole car.. LOL

"Bosses" resturant at VivoCity

The entry of this resturant is so special have dark doorway with iron bars black interior. That will be "Bosses" restaurant

Move further in and I saw a spectacular view of the sea which was unfortunately blocked by some construction work in progress for IR resort.



Order some dish and taste was so wonderful that words cannot describe it too. Very fresh and professionally done. It’s easy, approach and flow tea services will almost automagically. Deserve a must try for all.

Crabs at Upper Thomson Road

Hi, another eating place for best crabs even try in Singapore. AT junction of Upper Thomson and Yio Chu Kang. Right at the coner of of the building. Forget to take the photo of the crabs, but taste is dame shoik.. must try. Order a Sri Lanka crab for 2 pax cost about S$38 but worth. It is seafood resturant with Zhi Cha style.

Chewy Junior at North Point

Transpassing at Northpoint at 1645hrs on 27th Oct 2008, found a new store selling creamy puff for S$1 per piece. Just bought 6 piece home with me and taste is very nice. Recommend for all to try it out, there is totall more than 8 favour to choose from. I like the double chocolate and coffee taste.
